Let your dog relax, you can gently pet it to make it feel comfortable.

Gently place the sampling swab into your dog's mouth, and gently rub against the inside of the cheek for 30 seconds.

Place the sampling swab into the sampling tube, ensuring the swab is fully immersed in the preservation liquid.
